While my parents were up, we decided to throw The Munchkin’s birthday party. Truthfully, his birthday isn’t until the end of the month, but I wanted my parents to be able to attend. At least one Grandma has been to every one of his parties, and since he’s celebrated EACH BIRTHDAY IN A DIFFERENT HOUSE (army life, right?!) I wanted to give him some kind of tradition.
This year, I combined a few of his current loves to make an epic birthday party: Yo Gabba Gabba, Wipeout, and Hole in the Wall. We let the kids play around the yard at first; since they were all super excited just to see each other and eager to jump in the pool, but after we ate pizza, we went outside to play the games.
