What I Wore: Office Boho

This is an outfit I wore to observe a class when I still lived in Kansas. While I have a lot of clothes (my thrifting habit is a problem…) I find myself wearing the same pieces over and over. It’s like I have an accidental capsule wardrobe. This outfit is a good example of that. Outfits like this make me want to reassess every item of clothing I have and make an actual capsule wardrobe, especially since my new walk in closet is smaller than my last one. (First world problems, am I right?!)

I remember having to wear legit shorts under them though, because that crazy Kansas wind kept blowing my skirt up as I was getting the kids into the car. No bueno! While it’s too cold here to wear it now, I could see myself adding some tights and a cardigan to this and wearing it come spring. The length of the skirt throws me off though. I don’t think it would work with boots and sneakers would look weird…

Outfit Details:
Shirt – thrifted
Skirt – vintage/made by my mom in the 70s
Wedges – Target
